Return & Refund Policy

We want every customer to receive their order in good condition and exactly as expected. Please review our return and refund policy before placing your order.

1. Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused, uncut, uninstalled, and in its original condition.

• The original packaging must be kept whenever possible.

• Proof of purchase or order information must be provided.

• Please contact us before returning any product.

Because wall panels and boards are construction materials, products that have already been cut, drilled, glued, installed, painted, modified, or otherwise used cannot be returned.

2. Damaged Products

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If the product arrives broken, cracked, seriously scratched, deformed, or otherwise damaged during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Please provide:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged product

• Photos of the outer packaging

• A short video if necessary

After verification, we may arrange a replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the condition and extent of the damage.

Please do not install or cut damaged products before contacting us.

3. Wrong or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong product, size, color, quantity, or if items are missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once confirmed, we will arrange the appropriate replacement or solution at no additional product cost.

4. Change of Mind / Incorrect Measurement

Please carefully check the product dimensions, color, quantity, and required wall area before ordering.

If you ordered the wrong size, color, quantity, or simply changed your mind, a return may be accepted only if the products remain unused and in resalable condition.

Return shipping costs in these cases are normally the responsibility of the customer.

Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error on our side.

5. Color & Appearance

Actual product colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and production batches.

Minor color, texture, or pattern differences that do not affect normal use are generally not considered product defects.

For larger projects, we recommend ordering enough material at one time to reduce possible differences between production batches.

6. Non-Returnable Products

Returns cannot normally be accepted for:

• Products that have been installed or partially installed

• Cut or customized materials

• Products damaged during installation

• Products damaged by incorrect storage or handling

• Used products

• Clearance or specially marked non-returnable items

• Products returned without prior authorization

7. Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method whenever possible. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Shipping charges and other service fees may not be refundable unless the issue was caused by us.

8. Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders that have not yet been processed or shipped may be cancelled.

Once an order has entered shipping or has already been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the standard return process will apply.

9. Before Installation

We strongly recommend checking all panels and boards before installation.

Please confirm:

• Product type

• Dimensions

• Color and pattern

• Quantity

• Surface condition

Installing, cutting, or modifying the product generally means that you have accepted its condition.

We will review your request and provide the appropriate solution as soon as possible.
